I purchased in size medium and I am a size US 6. I would struggle with a size small in this, medium is good, I have a little tummy but paired with the matching top, which I also reviewed, it's perfect. The waistband is elastic with a zipper but only slightly accommodating, if you are over a US size 6 then I would go with large. It's beautiful.

Stunning... beautifully made, drapes well. I have this "cut" from various vendors but quality is not the same I would say that the color in person is true to my monitor m. I am US size 6 and I purchased small, which is perfect if you're smaller or an 8 or 10, but not too *****, it would work well in smal. It is very free size but not so you're drowning in fabric, there's tailoring. I also purchased the matching skirt, which I will leave a review for.
